1. Services

ceomastery offers executive coaching focused on leadership systems, delegation, and scaling. Coaching sessions may be delivered in person, by video conference, or by phone.

2. Digital Products

Digital products such as e-books, online courses, and frameworks are provided for personal and corporate use. Content is licensed, not sold, and ceomastery retains all rights.

3. Physical Products

Physical materials, if available, include printed guides or branded merchandise. Delivery terms apply as specified in the order details.

4. Orders and Cancellations

Clients may place orders for services, digital products, or physical items via ceomastery.info. To cancel a coaching session, notify us at least seven days before the scheduled date via contact form. Cancellations after this period may incur a fee.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Coaching Services

Refund requests for coaching must be submitted at least seven days prior to the scheduled session. If approved, refunds are processed within 30 days using the same method as the original transaction. Coaching sessions that take place as scheduled are not eligible for refunds, due to time and preparation reserved exclusively.

5.2 Digital Products

Requests for refunds on digital products must be made within 14 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of the content. Approved refunds are processed within 30 days via the original transaction method. Access beyond the threshold removes eligibility, as significant content has been made available.

5.3 Physical Products

Physical products may be sent back within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. To initiate this process, submit a request via contact form. Shipping fees for shipments back are the purchaser’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 30 days using the original transaction method. swaps are available upon request.

6. Rescheduling

Coaching sessions can be rescheduled without charge if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made less than 48 hours before a session may incur a fee equal to 25% of the session fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

ceomastery is not liable for indirect or special damages arising from use of services or products. In no event shall liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product.

8. Changes to Terms

ceomastery reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services or products after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
